Obtained from the white vinification of the most important black grape variety of Salento, Piccolebolle is the first sparkling wine from Negroamaro, Martinotti method, completely produced and sparkling in the cellar.
It is the fruit of a specific cultivation technique in the field and excellent work in the cellar, another great and innovative interpretation of our most suitable territory. It has a nice body, which lingers in the mouth for a long time.
