DESCRIPTION

GRAPES: 100% VERDECA

TRAINING SYSTEM – YIELD PER HECTARE: Counter-espalier 80 quintals/hectare

ALCOHOL: 12% VOL.

HARVEST TIME: end of August

VINIFICATION: Destemming and soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation at low temperature after clarifying the must

REFERMENTATION: Refermentation in autoclave with permanence on the yeasts and secondary fermentation for at least 5 months.

TASTING NOTES: Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections. On the nose, wild flowers, mulberry and elderberry, but also citrus notes of bergamot followed by strong scents of medlar. Fine and persistent perlage. Dry taste, rounded by a light sweet note and characterized by a fresh, soft and fruity flavor. Hints of vanilla and bread crust and a pleasant citrus note in the aftertaste. Excellent flavor and persistence. Ideal in combination with seafood and fish-based dishes and aperitifs.
