Rosamaro is a brut rosé that highlights all the lighter and more jaunty aspects of Negroamaro in a bubble that embodies vivacity, freshness, finesse and seduces our senses with its fragrance and persistence. Thanks to its strong personality, it is considered a true benchmark for quality Apulian sparkling wines, obtained following the dictates of the Charmat method, with the second fermentation taking place in an autoclave before being bottled. It sparkles to the eye with a pale pink color. The soft and creamy foam highlights a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is pervaded by fresh and fragrant aromas, reminiscent of the rennet apple and delicate hints of small red fruits. The sip is dynamic and smooth, characterized by a beautiful softness, orchestrated on the notes perceived by the nose.

Its balanced structure makes it suitable for light first courses, seafood dishes, fried and raw fish.
