DCG SMALL BUBBLES SALENTINE ROSE' MAGNUM - LT 0.75

Brut Rosato sparkling wine obtained from Negroamaro. Produced with the Martinotti method, it is made sparkling in the cellar in Scorrano, 30 kilometers from Lecce. It is born, like all Guarini wines, from the care and love for their land. From respect for the environment and the consumer, thanks to a specific cultivation technique in the field and excellent work in the cellar. Perfectly healthy grapes with the right acidity are selected, then the sparkling base is prepared with a brief contact with the skins, followed by pressing and the start of fermentation at a controlled temperature. The second fermentation is done during the year, using the product of a single vintage and after 3 months of rest in the autoclaves PICCOLE BOLLE Rosato is born. It is liked for its pale pink color, the thin perlage, its clear and aromatic scents and for the fresh, pleasantly persistent taste. Very versatile, it can be a wine for all meals, perfect at various times of the day, from aperitif to dessert.
