BELLAVISTA FRANCIACORTA DOCG ROSÉ MILLESIMATO

Rosé represents the enchantment of a superb structure that combines admirably with an extraordinary grace. The profound essence of the Pinot Noir vineyard not only grants the color an important role of shade and stability, but also becomes the elusive, delicate and constant taste-olfactory trait that makes a graceful masterpiece of nature distinctive. A miracle that becomes possible thanks to the achievement of perfect phenolic maturity of the grapes and a now rare processing method.

The Cuvée is made with infinite care and according to the most rigorous Bellavista tradition.

It is the result of the meeting of more than 30 harvest selections, some of which ferment and mature in small white oak barrels. The intensity celebrates, and does not obscure, the sense of harmony that pervades every single trait of its sensorial expression. As with any rarity, Rosé is produced in extremely limited quantities.

The grapes used are: Chardonnay 62%, Pinot Noir 38%

TASTING NOTES

Bellavista Rosé has white and exuberant foam. The grain of the perlage is very subtle, tight and persistent. The color enchants us with the elegant shades of pale pink and, later in life, with the aristocratic tones of antique pink. We lose ourselves in its scent which opens with faint sensations of white peach and proceeds intense and persuasive with a pleasant fragrance of wild strawberries, citrus fruits, golden apple, dog rose and a hint of toasted bread. The notes are very harmonious, with an elegant background of blackcurrant and sweet almond. Distinct sensation of small undergrowth fruits.
