A rich and complex bottom-fermented beer. The nose is dominated by caramel, malty and dried fruit notes that recall raisins and chestnut honey and the character of the lager yeast also emerges. The beer has an amber red color with golden reflections. The taste is dominated by malt and the sustained alcohol content emerges. The sweetness is perceived on the palate without being cloying. To counterbalance the malt, German hops were used in the brewing process that give it a pleasant but decisive bitterness perceived especially at the start, which however does not overwhelm the character of the malts used. A very drinkable bock.
