A jewel of a beer

Grand Cru is the product that more than any other pays homage to the founder of the house, Luigi Moretti , who at the end of the 19th century laid the foundations, in Udine, of what would become one of the most important breweries in Italy. Created in 2009 on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the company, this beer is a unique product for body and taste, refermented in the bottle: a first fermentation is followed by a refining process in special rooms where the second fermentation will then take place, giving it the intense aromas that characterize it. To enjoy it at its best, always store it in an upright position and do not shake it; serve it leaving the yeast deposits from the second fermentation on the bottom and add them later, according to the taste of your guest, to discover a new sensory experience.

It presents itself in the glass with a very intense amber yellow color, with a very white, fine and persistent foam. On the nose, complex notes of dried fruit, acacia honey and cloves blend with the vegetal notes of aromatic herbs, on a slightly caramelized background. The taste is powerful, balanced between freshness and bitter note on citrus returns of orange peel. Infinite persistence.
