ZONA MOSTO CHIP BUTTY - CL.33 CAN

A slightly nostalgic IPA, brewed with only English ingredients. The malts used, Maris Otter and Caramalt, give rich hints of bread crust and biscuit to the taste, while maintaining a dry profile. The color is golden, full, tending towards amber. The nose is dominated by earthy, woody notes and black tea leaves given by the English hops used in late hopping and dry hopping (Fuggle, Challenger). The hops are also perceived in drinking with a decisive but balanced bitterness.
