Tripsitter is a double IPA brewed using English and German malts with 7.5% alcohol. It is golden and slightly cloudy in appearance. Medium-bodied, it has a significant and persistent bitterness. The aroma is of citrus and yellow-fleshed fruit, due to the significant cold hopping in which American hops were used with the double dry hopping technique. Fermented with an American strain that gives it roundness and fruity aromas.
