Brewed with only extra pale malt, it has a straw yellow color. On the nose it has floral (mimosa) and citrus (grapefruit) aromas. On the palate it has a taste of tropical fruit, flowers and citrus given by the hops used in late hopping and dry hopping (Citra and Cascade). Fermented with Vermont yeast that gives it a medium dryness and a fruity character. Low alcohol, medium-low bitterness and a rather lean body that makes it easy to drink.
