Wild Turkey 81 is a bourbon that is distilled at a low alcohol content to ensure its flavor. The Wild Turkey recipe calls for the addition of a small amount of water, which gives the bourbon a rich and authentic taste as if it were just poured from the barrel.

This bourbon is the lightest in the Wild Turkey range: bottled at around 40.5% ABV and with a higher presence of rye in the blend, it is a bourbon with complex aromas and flavors.

It offers spicy and woody notes on the nose, of rye, vanilla and coffee. On the palate it is full and full-bodied, with intriguing sensations of caramel, rhubarb and custard and a long spicy and vaguely toasted finish.
