THE TEMPLE BAR IRISH WHISKEY 10 YEARS SINGLE MALT - CL 70

Bright citrus, lime peel, grapefruit peel, crystallized fruit, malty biscuits and oak, overlaid with dry spice notes of nutmeg and cinnamon bark. A creamy malty flavor provides an initial spicy base layer. When the spices fall away, there is dried orange, dark sweetness and orange chocolate.

Spicy, concentrated orange, with hints of spice completing the finish.

Appearance: coppery, bright and sparkling.

Aroma: fresh and sparkling on the nose, with citrus and cinnamon notes, spices and malt.

Taste: Well balanced, ripe fruit and honey, vanilla and nutmeg. Soft on the palate.

Swallowing sensation: pleasant and light finish, with the honey giving way to the wood and spices.
