THE TEMPLE BAR SIGNATURE BLEND IRISH WHISKEY - CL 70

The ancient Irish tradition of every pub having its own whisky is the brainchild of Temple Bar owner Mr. Tom Cleary (some say that every family on the Emerald Isle once had its own whisky, but this has yet to be proven). For his Temple Bar Traditional, Mr. Cleary has blended a handful of silky whiskies, triple distilled in ex-port and bourbon casks, all stored in the pub's cellar.

Tasting Notes

• Aroma: Soft fruit like honey, berries, plums, malt, a hint of tverde and vanilla.
• Taste: Balanced and smooth body with notes of cereals, tropical fruit, honey, caramel, vanilla and oak wood.
• Finish: Medium-long finish, tending towards bitter, with notes of dry oak, honey and spices.
