Limited production rum, born from sugar cane juice, harvested in one of the oldest plots of the distillery. After slow distillation, this rum ages in new and moderately toasted oak barrels. Barceló Organic, however, is not only a delicate and pleasant rum. It is also the result of certified sustainable processing. A tangible sign of the commitment to safeguarding the planet put in place by the Barceló distillery. Intense amber color, the nose strikes for the delicate aromas of cherry, cocoa and tobacco. In the mouth, however, the fresh fruit is combined with delicate notes of dried fruit and toasting.
