THE DEMON'S SHARE CANE SPIRIT DRINK - CL 70

The Demon's Share, a Panamanian Rum distilled in a continuous cycle still and aged for at least 6 yearsin charred American oak barrels.Intense amber yellow color with shiny gold reflections, it captures the nose with intense, but gentle, notes of leather and vanilla, then citrus peel and lemon marmalade together with fresher hints of green apple. Warm, round and powerful taste, in which the sweetness of the vanilla moves to leave room for deeper notes of noble woods and, again, leather and hide, which lead to a very long, warm and very enveloping finish.
