DCG NATIVO NEGROAMARO RED IGT - LT 0.75

Negroamaro, together with Primitivo, is the most important grape variety in Apulian winemaking, whose name fully evokes the tannins and flavors of this wonderful land. But unlike the latter, Negroamaro is typical of the Salento peninsula.

Tasting: The Nativo, as per the good tradition of pure Negroamaro, has a good structure, is warm and soft with a tannic texture in good relief. It is part of those wines that are characterized by taste-olfactory sensations in good correspondence with what is perceived by the nose, and of good persistence.

Vinification and Refinement: maceration with the skins for 9 days, 3 months in steel tanks and 3 months in the bottle.
