Great structure supported by noble and silky tannins. Clear alcohol balanced by a good flavor and freshness that accompanies an important and long finish.

Food pairings: Deer chops with berries, baked pork shank. Traditionally: grilled knife-tip sausage, horse meat rolls with sauce, long-aged caciocavallo podolico dauno.
