SAN MARZANO TALO' BLACK TROIA PUGLIA IGP - LT 0.75

Organoleptic characteristics: Bright and intense ruby red color; the bouquet is an elegant mix of floral notes of violet, fruity hints of cherry and blackberry, spicy notes of coriander, black pepper and licorice. A light toasting enriches the olfactory profile with notes of tobacco and cocoa. Firm but elegant tannin, not very marked; structured wine in which a nice freshness is noted given by a good acidic note that ensures a certain longevity.

Pairings: Succulent and very seasoned first courses such as lasagna, pasta with meat sauce, homemade pasta with rich sauces. Also ideal with second courses of red meat, stews, braised meat and grilled meat. Also excellent with semi-mature cheeses
