Nocino is born from the infusion of walnuts still covered by the husk, left to macerate in pure alcohol for at least 4 months; at the end of this long infusion, the infusion is filtered and left to rest for at least another 6 months to stabilize. The taste-olfactory correspondence is perfect, with sweet but slightly bitter notes of walnut, on an alcoholic note that helps to make the tasting soft and full.
