CHESTNUT BITTER LEON - CL 70

Castagner's Leon bitter is rich in botanical extracts obtained from flowers, leaves, roots and herbs.

It is produced by selecting the best botanicals that are cold-infused for different times, in order to extract the most noble and characteristic aromas from each one. Depending on the type of botanical, the infusions can last even several months. The Master Distiller then proceeds to harmonize them with aged grappa.

The aromas of this bitter are complex and intense, starting with fruity scents, then finding refreshing hints of dandelion and full-bodied notes of gentian, rhubarb and angelica. On the palate it is full, rich and persistent.

A tasting liqueur, it expresses its characteristics best when served chilled or with ice cubes.
