This original bitter is obtained from a decoction, over a wood fire, of cinchona, gentian and other selected medicinal herbs among which the intense aroma of rhubarb stands out. Sweetened with honey from the Sibillini Mountains, it stands out for its characteristic opalescence that derives from this honey and from the choice to propose it unfiltered. Initially intended for herbalists, it has then conquered the best restaurants and bartenders for its goodness and its originality.
Great niche bitter, it can be enjoyed neat, iced or diluted with water or soda. It pairs perfectly with cola and can become an excellent grog heated and garnished with orange peel or a cinnamon stick or cloves. Special as a sour.
