Bianco d'Alessano is a white grape variety whose origin is not known exactly, many indicate it as a native variety originating from this land, the Itria Valley.
In this area, traces of it can already be found in some writings from 1870 in which it is said that some noble families of the time had included it in their collections attesting to the excellence of the must.
Cupa is a Bianco d'Alessano vinified in purity.
Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections when young, with delicate floral and white fruit aromas, including pear and peach. Fresh, mineral, long on the palate.
It is a full-bodied, structured, well-balanced wine with an exceptional predisposition for aging. It is a wine that requires patience, offering exceptional performance with aging.
The structure of this wine makes it suitable to accompany appetizers, soups, first courses based on fish and white meat, vegetables and cheeses with delicate flavors.
