TASTING NOTES:

The nose immediately strikes for the elegance and complexity of the open aromas of cherry and morello cherry, cloves to finish in balsamic essences. The same elegance is found in the mouth, a wine with a beautiful balance, enveloping, fresh and of notable power that already has its full drinkability, but that can also benefit positively from a certain aging.

Grapes: Sangiovese 70%, Sagrantino 15%, Cabernet and Merlot 15%, harvested by hand between September and October.
production area: Estate-owned vineyards in Montefalco and Bevagna.
maturation: 12 months in 225 liter barriques and 500 liter tonneaux.
refinement: Minimum 6 months in bottle.
First year of production: 2004
