DCG BOEMONDO PRIMITIVO RED IGT - LT 0.75

The wine “Boemondo” is a pure Primitivo, certainly one of the most important wines produced by the Duca Carlo Guarini company. In fact, it produces only about 5000 bottles, testifying to the importance that this wine has in the context of the company's production.

Tasting: intense ruby red color, the nose opens with intense spicy and fruity tones. On the palate it is complex, with a good body and elegant. It is characterized by the right sugar and alcohol content and good fixed acidity, which helps to enhance its aromas and maintain them over time.

Vinification and Refinement: maceration with the skins for 9 days at a controlled temperature, refinement for 24 months in oak barrels.

Pairings: roast red meat and mature cheeses.
