Wine obtained from ancient native grapes of the territory grown on vineyards treated with rigorous respect for the environment, from grapes harvested manually in small crates after a careful selection of the bunches.
The extract of pre-cooled grapes obtained by soft pressing, after a long maceration on the skins, matures in sturdy oak barrels without haste, for 36 months.
Complex, velvety, intense, powerful, tannic and persistent.
It is the perfect combination of tradition and technology, the witness of this deep bond between past, present and future.
