Color: bright pale pink, reminiscent of the shades of black pinto. The perlage, thanks to the long stay on the yeasts, appears fine, persistent, and is perceptible to the taste in a decisive but graceful way.

Aroma: hints of wisteria flowers and white fruit with notes of red fruit and small berries, intense and elegant.

Taste: balanced between the freshness of the Glera grapes and the light structure given by the Pinot Noir, resulting in a creamy, persistent and savoury finish. A versatile wine suitable for different pairings.

Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, with fish starters, cured meats, but also with medium-flavoured meats, sauces and cheeses.
