warm and bright, yet refreshingly cool. The poblano chiles used in Ancho Reyes Verde are crushed and then steeped in a gradual process for 6 months, macerating in small vats of neutral cane spirit from Veracruz, Mexico. The resulting liquid is then hand-blended by Master Blenders, to lock in flavor and spice. The blend rests, allowing the flavors to meld together perfectly. Once ready, the liqueur is bottled; each bottle is individually inspected, then hand-labeled in the traditional way.
