Giffard Banane du Brésil is a liqueur obtained from the maceration of bananas from Brazil and Latin America, banana brandy, reinforced by a touch of Cognac. On the nose, "tropical" notes of very ripe bananas and dried bananas. Soft attack on the palate, impression of banana sautéed in butter, then flambéed with an alcohol aged in oak barrels. Recommended to use the pure product on crushed ice or in cocktails.
