GIFFARD WILLIAM PEAR LIQUEUR - CL 70

Giffard Liqueur de Poire William is a liqueur based on "Poire William" brandy. Clear and crystalline color, very bright. Nose impregnated with brandy, very concentrated on the skin of the fruit. Then come more fruity and juicier notes, which form a very balanced whole. On the palate aromas of ripe fruit that combine the sweetness of the pulp and the light bitterness of the pear skin. Great and powerful length in the mouth. Recommended to use the pure product on crushed ice or in cocktails.
