Niza Oax Espadin Mezcal is a distillate, ground in a stone tahona and distilled “en olla de barro”, a clay still. This technique allows to give the Mezcal characteristics that are definitely sweeter and spicier, allowing the vegetal and herbaceous notes typical of the agave to emerge.
The smoky touch comes from the ancestral method of cooking and distillation, giving the palate an elegant and soft taste.
