AFTERWORK LIQUEUR EXERCISE TO DRINK - CL 50

Dopolavoro Esercizio da bere is a distillate produced at the Vecchio Magazzino Doganale agricultural company. The distillery was founded 6 years ago by a young expert in local plants, Ivano Trobino, who wanted to follow in his grandfather's footsteps. The bitter is made up of infusions of herbal extracts and infusions of Calabrian citrus peels. Everything needed to make the bitter is grown in the distillery's own garden, without ever forcing the crops, respecting the ripening times and the natural cycle. The crops are favored, among other things, by the typical mild climate of the region. To create the liqueur, after the infusion of herbs and spices, the fortified wine part and a percentage of white cane sugar are added.
