ABRACADABRA LIQUORICE LIQUEUR - CL 50

This authentic Calabria DOP liquorice liqueur is produced with care and patience: the roots are boiled for a long time and then defibered, then squeezed and put, in pieces, to infuse in an alcoholic solution. The infusion time varies from time to time, depending on the needs, but the final product is among the most typical ever, with a very high percentage of liquorice that constitutes a real magic!

Dark mahogany color with interesting viscosity, the nose undoubtedly strikes with the clear note of licorice, together with an alcoholic pungency and balsamic veins. Savoury, mentholated, structured and delicious sip, it has a great softness and a long persistence of licorice that leaves a slight bitterish trail. To be consumed alone, both fresh from the fridge and at room temperature.
