Delicious infusion of olives in Grappa, from an ancient recipe born on Lake Garda and told today by Antonio De Carli. The Marzadro Family pays homage to it with this unique liqueur. The ancient recipe involves the cold maceration of olives together with spices such as cinnamon, cloves and lemon peel in pure Marzadro White Grappa, for a period that varies from 40 to 50 days. An infusion that combines the flavors of our territory in a bitter but surprisingly fruity extract.
