Grappa created to express the maximum softness of a distillate, born from an accurate distillation in a Bagnomaria in a discontinuous steam still of the marc of Moscato, Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer. The typical vines of the region, the temperature range of the territory and the aromas that derive from it, give unique and distinct organoleptic qualities. Trentina Morbida Barrique is then refined for a few months in barrels previously used for the aging of Grappa Stravecchia Diciotto Lune, becoming even more "gentle" and velvety. A tribute from the Marzadro Family to the land where they live.
