MARZADRO DISTILLERY GRAPPA GIARE ORIGIN - CL 70

Grappa “Full Proof”, characterized by the full and original 55% vol. Obtained by distillation in a discontinuous still in a bain-marie. Giare Origine contains all the essence of the distillate, expressing notes of great elegance to the nose that recall cocoa and roasted coffee. When tasting, we find sweeter notes that bring the scent of chocolate and vanilla. In the finish, the pleasant roasting notes re-emerge. The Master Distiller carefully follows the evolution of the blend over time, verifying scents and aromas until a unique balance is achieved.
