This great Grappa is obtained from the distillation of our best pomace from the most suitable areas of Monferrato. Distilled in a bain-marie in small stills, it is then refined in barrels used for the aging of Picolit. On the nose it develops very delicate aromas of candied fruit with a marked prevalence, on the taste, of hints of orange.
