Buongusto alcohol at 96 degrees, coming from the fermentation of soft wheat
Basic Botany: territorial bitter plants.
Apulian citrus peel, Toritto DOP almond “Filippo Cea” variety, Juniper, Apulian grape, Murgian savory, Lemongrass, Sea glasswort, Matricaria chamomile. All the botanicals, hand-picked and never uprooted in the Alta Murgia Barese Park and on the Monopoli rocks, respecting seasonality and balsamic time, are then dried naturally at low temperature, then analyzed in the laboratory.
COLD MACERATED WILD HERBS
Cold macerated in steel tanks for at least six months. Then sweetened with Italian sugar in small quantities, filtered and bottled.
