ROACH GIN - CL 70

This artisanal and intensely aromatic gin was produced using the "cold compounding" methodology (a technique that consists of macerating botanical herbs in a neutral spirit so that the alcohol extracts their essences). Let's not forget a fundamental value: it is "made in Italy"! Infused with the best hops from New Zealand, it has an opalescent yellow appearance. The citrus fruits immediately stand out on the palate with herbaceous notes that then give way to those of citrus flowers and honey (given by the sugar content). In the first phase, the nose has a stronger scent of juniper and resin with secondary hints of citrus flowers given by the hops. It is advisable to drink it neat or as a gin and tonic given the aromatic intensity given by the botanicals.
