EPHEMERAL FLOWER GIN ALBA 87 - CL 70

Alba is short for Albana , the only native grape variety of Romagna and 1987 is the year in which it was declared the first DOCG for white wines in Italy .

The Zavalloni family has been producing Romagna wines for 5 generations, but for Marco, his way of thinking and seeing the world has always been a little outside the box.

For this reason he decided to combine Tradition and Innovation, mixing them with a bit of healthy Romagna madness… and from here ALBA87Gin was born, the first distilled gin to have the Albana inflorescence as its main botanical.

Perfume: Floral notes on the nose, followed by citrus with a juniper finish

Taste: The first thing that comes to the mouth is the floral pleasantness, followed by the pleasure of cedar and ending with a dry part of juniper.
