GIN MONKEY - CL 50

In 2008, Alexander Stein founded the Black Forest Distillery with the aim of producing the best gin the world had ever seen.

Monkey 47, with its 47% ABV, is composed of 47 ingredients including cassia, hibiscus, jasmine, bergamot, blueberry, verbena, elderberry, spruce and more. It is made in micro-vessels (1,250 liters) and distilled in small steam-heated stills.
The name is a tribute to British Commander Montgomery, who created his gin in the Black Forest during the 1950s.
