Gin Mare Mediterranean has a fine nose, in which the scents of cardamom and coriander blend harmoniously with almonds, licorice, white flowers, sage and citrus. The palate is firm and lively, with notes of pepper, licorice, cumin, apricot kernel, spices, almonds and lemon. The finish is sweet and balanced, with green olive playing the leading role, closely followed by cardamom, coriander, clove and orange, with an aftertaste of juniper, cucumber and cut hay.
